The
Fine Print:
Ironic how it's actually large, no?
UC Irvine Greek Organizations, in good registration and standing
with the UC Irvine Office of the Dean of Students, are eligible for
this promotion.
1. Organizations must fill out
the relevant promotion form and return it to Prodigy
Entertainment
in order to be eligible for the promotion. Bookings made to Prodigy
Entertainment without
this form will not be eligible for any offerings or incentives made
to the organization from the
Songfest organizational committee.
2. Booked events must meet Prodigy Entertainment’s event minimum of
$400.00. Included
services are:
a. DJ & Emcee services for up to 3 hours
b. Sound System adequate for up to 250 guests
c. Basic Lighting Package of (4) custom colored LED
uplights, and (2) moving light effects
d. Delivery, Setup, and equipment strike.
e. NOT Included are: Mobile Generator power if venue
does not have adequate utilities.
f. Events longer than 4 hours are subject to overtime
charges per agreed contract terms.
3. Event venues must be within 20 mile radius from UC Irvine Campus
in Irvine, CA calculated "as the crow flies"
4. This offer is subject to Prodigy Entertainment staff
availability. No guarantees are made on
availability of any requested event date until a contract has been
signed and deposit received.
5. In order to report any eligible events to Songfest for their
record keeping, Prodigy
Entertainment will notify Songfest of any applicable
promotion-related bookings within 10 days
after the event date.
6. Organizations may not collect the promotional donation check.
Prodigy Entertainment’s
contributions will be made directly to Songfest.
7. There will be no limit to the dollar value donated by Prodigy
Entertainment. For bookings that
meet condition #2 listed above, of meeting the event minimum price,
Prodigy Entertainment
will donate $0.25 of every dollar of the package. ie a booking of
$500.00 will be paid from
the Organization to Prodigy Entertainment upon completion of the
event or contract terms
specified between them. For that, $125 will be donated to Songfest.
